 Dog Loves These, but some too thick September 9, 2010

My dog loves these treats and begs for them. The only problem is the irregular thickness of these treats. Some are 3 times as thick as others. When my dog eats the thick ones, she ultimately throws them up. I continue to buy them because she loves them, but I hate throwing out the thick ones as expensive as these are per treat. I wish they had better quality control.

This is a great value. The C.E.T. chews are a great alternative to raw hide since they dissolve. I would recommend this item from this vendor to anyone...try pricing these chews at the Vet's office and you'll see why.

These are okay, but like other reviewers have mentioned dogs need to be monitored while chewing these. These are essentially rawhide, so they eventually get very soft and pliable, and dogs who tend to gulp food/treats may try to swallow these. My recommendation for the most effective care (albeit one of the more difficult solutions) would be brushing daily.
